-Managing the Company’s Woven & Denim division from development to shipping. Working closely with production and QA team to ensure on time quality products to customer. Acting as a bridge between customer and production/QA.
- Detailed involvement with the customer’s and company’s design and development team to develop better products for the customer in order to achieve customer’s business objectives.
- Price negotiation with the customer as well as garment vendors and fabric suppliers which include one of the Pakistan’s biggest suppliers like Artistic, Rajby, Hantex, Kassim, Denim Clothing, Liberty, Sapphire, Kohinoor and Nishat Group.
- Real time involvement with senior management in the decision making about business placement and execution.
