Currently working as an IT Assistant in Ruposhi Bangla Hotel (Hotels & Resorts), 1 Minto Road, Dhaka 1000, Bangladesh. from August 1 2008 to till to date.
Job Responsibility: Main responsibility is to give support to our honorable guest for various IT related problems. Maintenance and troubleshoot office network and guest network problems, Maintenance & Troubleshoot Windows 2003 Server, DHCP Server, Exchange Server, SMTP Server, PMS server (Opera) as well. Maintenance and troubleshoot above 150 official computer's hardware, software and networking related problems.
One Year Experience:
Had worked as an Office Executive (IT) in Jennys Shoes Ltd. (100% Export Oriented Shoes Manufacturing Company), Jennys House, House No # 06, Road # 68/A, Gulshan-2 Dhaka 1212. from July 1, 2007 to June 30, 2008.
Job Responsibility: Main responsibility were to maintain LAN, WAN (Video Surveillance System which work through radio link microwave with optical fiber) and also trouble shoot various pc's problem in head office and both factories. Additionally another responsibility was to monitor the production of both factories and submit the daily updated report to the Managing Director)
