* Overseeing all administrative functions of the daily business.

* Leads the team in achieving the successful project execution and completion and weekly
project team meeting.
* Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamlines
work processes and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer
service.
* Monitors financial management systems of projects including sourcing, budget
management/reporting, cash requisitions and supplier payments.
* Monitors and ensures adequate and sufficient material supply for all projects.
* Monitors an audit team performance using metrics, teams input and client feedbacks.
* Evaluate project expenses and approve expense and material requisitions.
* Prepares timely reports on project status, e.g. progress, delays, obstacles, etc.

Artificial lake project: 45kWp off grid in the middle of the desert.
Masdar PV test field: 43kWp grid connected.
The desert camps: 30kWp off grid + Solar cooling +water desalination plant
The guard room's project: 55unit in remote area each 1.5kWp plus 1kW wind turbine
The desert water channels: 14 channel each 50kWp off grid.
Sheikh Sultan Mosque: 55kWp grid connected (part of the solar roof program)
During my work in the Renewable energy & water treatment projects I made a very good experience
in solar power system and wind turbine generators (Design & installation). As well as the first
installation in the region for the solar cooling technology using absorption chiller and thermal
collectors as a heat source.
an exclusive Agent for SIEMENS Medical Solution Company in Iraq for
Electrical and Mechanical works, was responsible for numerous installation, commissioning and
operation contracts.
* Started as field engineer for the pneumatic systems and mechanical equipment in the medical
fields
* Installation for the safety alarm systems.
* Installation of medical equipment: Zeiss Surgical microscope with laser and digital cameras.
* Installation and commissioning of medical equipment such as MRI & CT scan.
* Installation and commissioning of air-conditioning systems, packages and chillers units.
* Installation and commissioning of UPS units and Diesel generators (250kva-1750kva)
Responsibilities:
* Coordination with Subcontractors, engineers, and field personnel to fulfill the job requirements
within project budget.
* Provided technical guidance and assigns work to project startup engineers, technicians and
others who are performing specific assignments.
* Planned, scheduled, conducted and coordinated detailed phases of startup, operations, or
maintenance for the project, including reviews of designs for operability and safety and jobsite
pre-commissioning and startup assignments.
* Assisted with the preparation of operations’ manuals.
* Planned, guided and prepared project administrative and technical documents as required for
startup, maintenance, operation.
* Trained assigned Governmental personnel and assisted them in their professional development.
In addition to the above technical duties, I was also involved in the marketing of the different
