When I was working in Invest AD I used to put the employees info. & update them. Also I used to get involved in the yearly meetings with the employees to discuss their old & new plans of the year. I used the Oracle system as well and other HR basic routines.
I studied HR as main course. However, I have an idea about all business management courses as well.
