My job responsibilities as a quality assurance engineer are:
•I was involved in the quality assurance and development of New Corolla Model of 2014 (368A).
•I have conducted mold trials and have conceived the necessary troubleshooting in parts of 368A
•Involved in the revision of QMS at our new plant facility in Port Qasim and have performed the system development hierarchy and its relevant documentation.
•Performed CF inspection of pre-production mold trials and conducted communication with IMC team for part approvals.
•Conducted the internal rejection and monthly part PPM report generation.
•Monitoring of internal KPIs including Indus motor's KPI
•Participated and have given presentation in “21st annual QCC” at TOYOTA for applying the best kaizen on cost based theme.
•Participates in regular OBEYA meetings and involve in day to day production and plant troubleshooting activities by optimizing production flow keeping major focus on part quality and machine parameters.
Artistic milliner is a leading denim manufacturer and exporter of Denim in Pakistan. I have worked in Artistic milliners for 7 months and my job description includes:
•Monitoring new denim sample range dispatches and communication with the customer regarding new order confirmation.
•Looking into Italian denim market and exploration of potential customers for new orders.
•Maintaining balance running orders and sample dispatch record and keep the follow-ups.
•Handling quality concerns performing visual inspection of denim
