Registering/ booking of all incoming invoices.
Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
Establish tables of accounts, and assign entries to proper accounts.
Act as the main liaison point for day-to-day accounting business.
Check of monthly financial reports.
Keeping up filing system for all types of invoices, reimbursement forms, statistics, daily bank transactions and other related matters
Performing routine core accounting functions (accruals, reconciliation, FA accounting etc.)
Perform adequate internal controls over accounts payable activities.
Perform accounting systems, processes and reports in accordance with Pakistan International Airline’s accounting and internal control framework.
Support accurate and timely closing of relevant system modules.
