As a Senior RPA Operations and Support Specialist, I am responsible for managing UiPath
automation processes across the enterprise. My role includes running and monitoring
unattended bots using Orchestrator, scheduling jobs, resolving process bugs and exceptions,
and ensuring smooth end‐to‐end execution of automation workflows. I manage Orchestrator
assets, credentials, robot environments, and also handle bots license management, including
tracking license utilization, supporting incident management, and assisting in audit
readiness. I regularly analyze logs to identify areas for improvement and ensure platform
stability. Additionally, I support project management activities by gathering automation
requirements, coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT), managing deployments,
ensuring governance compliance, and reporting key metrics and risks to leadership to
support ROI‐driven automation delivery.

In this role, I supervised daily IT operations including system and network monitoring,
performance optimization, and regular patch management. I resolved complex technical issues by
performing root cause analysis, enforced cybersecurity measures, and provided user support to
hotel departments. I also led a small team of system administrators and ensured adherence to IT
best practices and documentation standards to maintain business continuity.

As a Security Systems Technician, I managed a 24/7 CCTV surveillance system for a large
commercial property. My responsibilities included real-time monitoring, identifying and
escalating suspicious activity, and ensuring rapid response to security incidents. I also installed,
maintained, and repaired surveillance equipment, archived video data, conducted system audits,
and collaborated with procurement and IT teams to upgrade security infrastructure for improved
coverage and reliability.

this role, I handled administrative and clerical functions such as managing incoming and
outgoing communications, organizing calendars and meetings, preparing professional
correspondence, and maintaining digital and physical filing systems. I also coordinated logistics
for events and travel, supported interdepartmental communication, and provided front desk
support to ensure efficient day-to-day office operations.
