Oversees the day-to-day Operations and Maintenance of Physical and X-ray security Systems - Smith Detections (HBSS, PBSS), Conventional X-ray Systems, EDX 2is, XCT, EOD, OOG, HCVM, and CIP Equipment across the Western and Southern Regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, while simultaneously maintaining exceptional standards of client care.
•Strategically manage the delivery of operation and maintenance services, taking responsibility for performance, human resource management, quality, and profitability.
•Monitor performance and provide formal reports to the Country Service Director confirming compliance with the SLA and KPI requirements, identifying issues for discussion, future workload (forecasting), risks, opportunities, and procuring material and resources.
•Ensuring Contract compliance related to the maintenance services and scope ( SLA, Criticality, availability, priorities, Data verification, Reports Submission, Time management, Meeting deadlines efficiently, etc....)
•Ensuring that all contracts in the region are interpreted correctly and followed uniformly by Maintenance personnel (Project Managers and entire Team).
•Practice effective risk management, establishing controls, procedures, health, and safety systems, etc. which ensure that services are compliant with legislation and that contingency plans are in place. Enforcing, educating, and coaching teammates to follow company safety standards.
•Establish a strong maintenance training program to upskill existing workers and quickly onboard new hires.
•Manage all financial elements of Regional O&M including cost controls, financial performance, and invoice collections (Monthly Payment: 6.5 Million/ SAR ).
• Clients: Jedco, Cluster2 Airports, PPMDC -HTC, PSS - Presidency of State Security, Royal Guards, RSAF, General Intelligence Presidency, Royal Terminal - Jeddah, SARED-FOB, SBG, Safari 0 & M, SAL - Saudi Logistics Services, SATS - Singapore Airport Terminal Services, SANS and DHL.
• Follow up & Review Implementations of PM’s orders in Computerized Maintenance Management System (Infor Enterprise Asset Management - EAM).
• Supervision Inspection Mechanism and Follow up Implementation of Maintenance Program on Equipment with Advance and Safety Procedures.
• Establish PM’s orders for Equipment’s, which are not implemented before in CMMS.
• Proper Utilization, Inspection of Special Tools & Test Equipment’s.
• Assure Implementation of PM’s Program by O&M Contractors and Issue Appropriate Deficiency Notification and Record any Negligence.
• Issue Monthly Summary Reports of CM (Corrective Maintenance) & PM (Preventive Maintenance) Activities.
• Review and Update Manual, Drawings and Design of facilities to assure Feasibility of Implementing PM’s to Improve Performance when Applicable.
• CM (Corrective Maintenance) & PM (Preventive Maintenance) routine Inspection of following Electronic and Communication Systems used at 23-Domestic Airports:
Surveillance Camera’s (CCTV), PABX Exchange-Alcatel Lucent, Voice Recorders, Flight Information Display System (FIDS), Building Management System (BMS), Master Clock System, Fire detection and Protection system i.e. Central Fire alarm (Analogue, Addressable), Public addressable System,
Hand Baggage Scanner (Smith Heimenn), Walk through Gates, Base Radio Systems (Jotron, PAE, Icom) - Hand Held & Mobile Radio, Passenger Boarding Bridge (Jet Way), Docking System (Safe Gate), Narcotics & Explosive Detector - Itemizer (GE).
• Handled Provisional Acceptance Testing of E/C Equipment’s.
• Co-ordinate with:
o Security agencies for the implementation of new Effective Security Structure.
o Sub-Contractors/Vendors and other Engineering Disciplines for Execution of the Upgrading Projects.
o Other concern Engineering Divisions to achieve Objectives and Policies of Maintenance Department.
• Recommendation Solutions to Technical problems in Accordance with GACA & International Civil Aviation Organization Standards.
• New Airports Project:
o Najran Airport
o Al-`Ula Airport
o Tabouk Airport
• Training & Certificates:
1) ISO 9001: 2008.
2) GAP Analysis & International Maintenance Standards.
