Maintained safety and security of the ramp, airplane, baggage and passenger at all time and performing FOD checks.
Superior communication skills, proper procedures compliance, client and customer relation, safety and security.
•Marshal and tow aircraft on the ramp (e.g. directing, assisting and parking all arriving, departing and towed aircraft).
•Perform a routine check on all planes both packed, arriving or departing for any leakage, broken or corrosive or damage parts for safety and documentation purpose.
•Responsible for vacating trash receptacles and changing headrests and pillows as well as blankets.
•Transfer cargo (including luggage to other gates, airlines and passengers) with proper record and documentation.
•Observe safe ground-handling procedures and maintenance of equipment checks.
•Service aircraft as needed (e.g. aircraft lavatories, potable water, window wash and commissary items).
•Assist in ramp set up and storage of equipment and baggage.
•Monitor customer safety during boarding and departing and assist customers in a friendly manner.
•Maintain the safety and security of the ramp at all times.
•Complied with all safety procedures and policies.
•Ensure courteous, prompt, accurate and careful handling of customer baggage, airfreight and company material lifting, loading/unloading sorting and transferring baggage freight and company material.
•Constantly communicate with flight crew personnel and other ground personnel.
• Interpret flight schedules, destination and information and Performs assigned administrative duties on a voluntary basis.
•Carryout all other task effectively as being direct.
Handle and supervise all interior cleaning of an aircraft which include, cleaning of seat, formica wood, arranging seat belts and replacing audio headsets, vacating trash receptacles and changing headrests and pillows as well as blankets.
•Lead and supervise every cleaning of aircraft windows, wind shield, mirrors in cabin area, and aircraft cockpit, refilling aircraft potable water tank including draining and cleaning lavatory after each flight.
•Responsible for the supervision and washing of aircraft fuselage structure and components cleaning as well as performing safety inspections on aircraft and make proper documentation.
•Handle the responsibility of buffing and shinning aircraft leading edges and aluminum parts.
•Handle aircraft fumigation both cockpit and cabin including cargo hole.
