Prepare stationery requests for the office on a monthly basis
Process Leave requests, Exit Clearances, Return Leave requests, Petty Cash Expense Claims, Mobile Phone Allowance Requests. Medical Claims,
Making New Order forms for all Brands as instructed by National Sales Managers.
Prepare Business trip reports for the National Sales Managers after their Business trips & requesting for the Invitation letters and Visas and processing & follow-up.
Receiving POS Materials & other Documents from the Warehouse.
Prepare the statements of Market Cleanup for all Brands.
Booklet binding for presentations as needed.
Maintenance requests & Business Cards requests etc.
Processing BTA's for all the National Sales Managers, Salesmen Trainers as well as Airline bookings and follow-up with the Finance Department for Budgeting.
Making Hotel bookings for the National Sales Managers and also for the suppliers as per the request.

Responsible for making invoices, application letters, and updating the bills &Responding to the faxes and calls for the manager.

Filing the bills of the shops and the containers of the goods.
Monitoring network Devices availability on the daily basis. Maintaining up-to-date Antivirus on all Workstations.
