Receiving / verification of the consignment stocks arrived by Sea, Air and Road. Co -ordinate with clearing Agency regarding the clearance of the consignments Responsible for all the stock lying including promotional display items / Expo stall structure in the warehouse and its proper storage Co-ordinate with H.O regarding various activities (consignments, urgent orders and stock related activities) Assist in conducting stock taking half yearly and perpetual inventory Checking of goods sent out of the warehouse and confirms documents for the same. Responsible for timely delivery of products to all showrooms, exhibition, corporate orders as per their requirements Informing station head regarding the damages of the products from outdoor returns, promotion returns, gifts items and other matters time to time. Registration of new products in MOH, Pharmaceutical Herbal Registration & Control Administration Department Kuwait.

Physical checking of goods from supplier as per purchase orders and invoices. Issue discrepancy reports and obtain supplier's acknowledgments.
Check expiry dates and update the stock accordingly.
Ensure products are bar coded immediately after receipts of goods. Follow up and action out ward damaged to goods.
Organize return of expired good to supplier and raise credit notes. Preparation and approval of GRN's after consultation with the Manager. Printing and pasting of barcode on the products.
Coordinate with the stores for their requirements.
Coordinate with merchandisers to ensure availability of stock at warehouse. Preparing of monthly reports of stock received, stock sent to clients and remaining stocks in house.
Monitor Housekeeping, including maintenance and cleanliness of the warehouse
