To monitoring the Saudia Arabia Data Traffic of Internet Service Provider (Juniper) using the network monitoring system (One Control, Blue Planet, SN Portal etc.).
Alarm rectification with the help of NMS.
Troubleshoot with international services provider like BICS, France Telecom (FT), Level-3 & Google etc.
Managing technical escalation to ensured faults is rectified within agreed SLAs.
Able to handle all type of databases and standard office applications used in Telecom domain which includes RTTS-II, MDT tool etc.
Responsible to check all opened RTTS tickets with timely manners and meet SLA.
Knowledge in test tools (Optical Power Meter/Variable Attenuator/OTDR) to perform Throughout Test, Loopback Test, etc.).
Fault localization and rectification with the coordination of Submarine NOC’s.
Carried out MDT’s & PAT test trouble shooting.
To act on the customer complaint trouble tickets requested by customer.
