Management & Administrative Responsibility:
• Managing the business with the objective of enhancing the company's growth and profitability.
• Sales and Marketing Planning, Organizing and implementing Marketing Programs.
• Research and promotions, held regularly to know the acceptability of the company's products range.
• Obtaining and coordinating institutional sales and contracts for the key clients (i.e. Cars Agencies, Other interested parties).
• Manage and work closely with the Sales Supervisors to ensure that all routes are effectively covered and that they understand the sales plans for their areas, monitor the same through constant market visits.
• Conduct on-the-job training for the sales team to ensure that sales, distribution and collection objectives achieved.
• Monitor and control the credit levels in the market.
• Gathering continuous information on products performance and customers' attitudes, new problems, opportunities and threats.
• Preparation of Sales forecasts (i.e. Supply, Demand).
• Achieve market research to know the demand, viability and feasibility of the various companies venturing in to the new market area.
• Interacting with wholesales and retails dealers.
• Coordinating with the distribution channels and solving their timely problems with demand and supply.
• Ensure that the sales team is implementing proper merchandising techniques.
• Handle the customers/ Visit the key outlets on regular basis and ensure proper distribution.
• Handle the customers' complaints promptly and effectively.
• Monitor the competitors' activities/Identifying the competitors and their strategies by conducting competitors' analysis regularly.
• Setting sales force strategies, targets, training courses, incentives and supervising.
• Preparation of monthly/yearly division activities reports (i.e. Sales, Receivables, Stock Level in line with market requirements).
• Manage, maintain and control company's assets, expenditure as per the allocated division budget.
• Review and access the results achieved by the concerned business unit.
• Develop and monitor advertising campaign plans.
• Develop sales and pricing policies for the whole range of products and services.
• Finding and developing new markets to expand company's business in new areas.
• Responsible for divisions staff recruitments and their productivity.
• Prepare Customers offers and promotions.
• Analyze, negotiate and structure potential loans in line with credit policy.
• Tracking data for monthly reports on sales, stock level, collections & credit level.
• Feedback customers with performance report, stock level in their warehouse, consumption by items, monthly invoices, payment and other report upon request.
• Schedule company's technicians and customers training time table during the year.
