Primary Challenge: Project activities ( New roll out ) and To ensure 100 % availability of Network. Upper North ( Himachal Pradesh, Pun jab, Haryana &JK Circles)

Significant Highlights across the tenure include;

Execution of projects and Responsible for maintaining the up time up to 99.95 % of Himachal Pradesh, Pun jab, Haryana & JK Circles ( upper North of india, Appx handling 5141 BTS Sites, 22 MCN’s and 7 IS and 15kms optical fiber.

Installations, commissioning, Operation and Maintenance of Electrical equipments installed at MSC Location ( including all facilities ) Himachal Pradesh, Pun jab & Haryana Circles (11kva SF6 Breaker, 1MVA Transformer, 2no, s of 1250kva DG set with AMF Panel, 02 no, s of LT Panel with 1000 to 1600amps ACB, 07 no, s of SMPS 25kw to100kw rating, 12 no, s of HVAC Units 3TR to 20 TR rating and UPS etc.)

Execution of Fiber project and Operation and maintenance of Optical fibre network of India Upper North area. Use and maintenance of single and multimode fibre cables.

Splicing, termination and checking using aids like splice machine, OTDR (optical time domain reflecto-meter), power meter light source and other miscellaneous aids used in the field of optical Fibre Technology.

Health, Safety, Fire and Environment hazard management at work place and first -Aid training by St. Johns Ambulance India.

Administration work, Documentation, Preventive maintenance, Stores Inventory works on SAP. Diesel and power monitoring of sites and analysis for reducing operating costs.

In addition to Maintenance jobs I am looking after projects related activities of utility Commissioning for BTS sites of these Circle.
