Essayed a major role in:
Monitor all mechanical (HVAC & Fire Fighting) and plumbing installation contractor.
Inspect and check works for compliance with job specifications, codes and drawings.
Raising site instructions and NCR to progress quality work at site.
Witness and monitor all hydrostatic pressure tests, leak tests & gravity tests.
Check and witness HVAC equipments Air balancing, Water balancing, chemical Treatments and flushing activities.
Assist in Commissioning and system handover work.
Ensured that:
The site conditions are properly addressed in the as-built drawings submitted by contractor
Contractors are using the latest edition of the approved shop drawings, method of statement, Quality Control Plan and Inspection & Test Plan as per the project master index
The material quality as it meets approved submittals and specifications.
Documentations follow up:
Review and approval of shop drawings as it meets design and all authority requirements.
Review and approval of co-ordination and Builders work shop drawings.
Review and approval material submittal as it complies specification and relevant standards.
Check Approval of all WIR and MIR’s as it meets approved shop drawings, submittals and other authority approvals.
Approval of As-built drawing as per installed in site and latest approved shop drawings.
Verify and provide solutions for all RFI& RFC’s are raised by contractor.
Prepare snagging report and follow contractor’s compliance according to it.
Attend all technical & progressive meetings and coordinate with client, contractor and sub-contractors.
Assists in finding Cost saving and Variation claim by the contractor.
Responsibilities:
o Search for new clients who might benefit from company services and maximize customer potential in designated sectors.
o Arranging & forecasting of manpower, material, tools & machineries as per project requirement.
o Assigning & monitoring task to the site staff, report the progress of work to the PM.
o Prepare quotes by studying drawings, plans, and related customer documents.
o Making technical presentations and demonstrating our services to meets client needs.
