Performs systems administrative and operational duties on computer systems.
Provide Support to customers by email, telephone and chat.

Various networking steps to locate, troubleshoot, or install network devices.
Configure and manage wireless router using MAC address authentication.
Installed and configured wireless range extenders.
Detect and resolve wireless networking issues.
Inventory Laptops, Desktops, Scanners, Printers, and Peripherals.
Installed and configured Microsoft Windows XP; Microsoft Windows 7; Microsoft Office 2003; Microsoft Office 2007; Microsoft Office 2010; Linux Centos on workstations.
Install and configure wireless network printers to include assignment of static IP addresses.
Responsible for installing and configuring Blackberry Desktop Software for Blackberry devices.

Monitor and track computer names, user names, and IP addresses using SolarWinds IT Management software.
Upgrade Windows XP to Windows 7 Enterprise.
Uninstall various desktop hard drives and memory for proper disposal.
Configure end-users' IP addresses to successfully access the network.
Configure employees Microsoft Outlook 2007.
Provided technical Support to all end users in the company.
Repairs of Desktop PC's, Laptops and other forms of hardware and software updates or changes.
