Ensure appropriate packing and loading of materials and supplies for dispatch and supervise material loading and unloading.Ensure that local, national and international procurement practices are in line with ICHP budget and needs and compliment with Save the Children and donor requirements;

Make sure all the vehicles are properly maintained.
Procurement of routine repair and maintenance of offices/residences and vehicles. Handle all type of payments and record keeping of all financial activates. Control proper use of vehicles for all Save the Children staff. Prepare and submit Service Contracts for rented vehicles and trucks to Area Logistics Manager / Country Logistics Manager. Manage proper use of vehicles for all program requests or materials transfers. Accounts for the over all compliance with the overall compliance with the delivery and fleet management procedures
