• Planning, organizing, scheduling the activities using primavera p6 and monitoring the progress at site and updating the baseline program accordingly on monthly and weekly basis.
• Timely alarming PM/CM regarding the delays occurring at site from our side and from consultant side and its effects on our completion date of the projects.
• Submitting daily, weekly and monthly reports to PM/CM & Consultant.
• Visiting the site frequently and taking the updates and progress photographs and submitting them to PM/CM.
• Hands on experience in PRIMAVERA (P6): WBS identification, Activities identification, Resource / Cost loading, Cash-flow.
• Preparing 2-week, 4-week, 1-month, 3-month look-ahead (short term plans) as and when required.
• Monitor progress throughout the construction process and comparing this with the baseline program and produce reports showing planned vs actual progress.
• Analyzing & reviewing the Baseline schedule for any discrepancies in discussion with consultant and higher management.
• Analyzing and calculation of monthly work along with preparation of bill and submission to client with consultation of QS.
• Preparation of Recovery schedule as and when required in order to meet up the delays occurring in the project.
• Preparation of Procurement schedule with special attention to long lead items and its monitoring.
• Meeting with consultant and client to resolve site issues, progress issues along with payment issues.
• Reviewing Planned vs Actual for Activities/Resources.
• Preparation of cases for Extension of time (EOT).
• Preparing the construction schedule in Primavera P6 and MS Projects and also preparation of other planning documents (like Progress “S” Curve, Earn Value Curve, Man power Histogram etc.).
• Regularly monitoring critical path and preparing schedule impact reports for the project management.
• Proactively assessing progress, completion forecasts and providing solutions to mitigate schedule delays or to optimize project completion.
• Evaluating project progress against historical indicators on weekly basis and providing the management with comparative analysis. Responsible for day to day interaction with client / consultants / subcontracts regarding the progress of the works.
• Preparation of detailed Schedule from Bill Of Quantities
• Preparing commissioning schedules in coordination with equipment supplier, erection agency, testing and commissioning team to match with the project completion plan.
• Coordinate with the engineering and procurement department regarding the interfacing of construction activities and Material & Equipment availability.
• Implementing cost efficient method for construction; tracking design approvals, construction / shop drawings approvals, material approvals, delay in site inspection, bill of quantities “variation & addition / deletion” and natural calamities, site instruction register, etc for applying Extension of time.
• Keeping close watch on various activities of Project (like delivery of materials, site clearance, duration of activities, “Holds” etc.) and updating the Project Manager on any Risk foreseen for project completion and providing suggestions.
Graduate in Civil Engineering (Honours) from Integral University, Lucknow, India.
