Giving legal opinions and advices regarding legal issues related to intellectual property, labor,
corporate and commercial law to clients from all subsidiary companies.
• Amending, reviewing and drafting of rental contracts, sponsorship contracts and event influencer contracts to ensure the rights and obligations of each party to the agreement in order to clarify the obligations and to limit the liability from the company’s side.
• Ensuring to avoid potential contract disputes and litigation, prevent misinterpretation of communications, and protect intellectual property, real property and the potential damages to property and land.
• Ensuring and following up on the commitment and abidance of vendors, sponsors and influencers to the terms of their agreements/ proceeding further with prosecution in case of breach.
