Working as Production Shift Manager:
-Plan and execute work schedules, assignments and production sequences to meet production targets.
-Support Production planning according to customer requirement in co-ordination with sales department.
-Direct and coordinate the activities of employees engaged in the production or processing of goods, such as inspectors, machine setters.
-Read and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules and other records and reports in order to determine production requirements and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs.
-Confer with Shift Managers to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments.
-Good understanding of PLC logic, Use electromechanical and chemical knowledge to resolve various issue in co-ordination with electrical and maintenance department.
-Full involvement in troubleshooting for any critical problem issue anywhere from cupper to palletizer.
-Analyze all line issues and find out permanent solution in daily production meeting with co-ordination with other department.
-Confer with management or subordinates to resolve employee’s problems, complaints, or grievances.
-Audit for proper housekeeping to meet the quality standard of beverage industries.
-Active member for implementation for ISO 9001, 22000, 14000 & OHSAS 18000.
-Identifies the training needs for the shop floor employees and giving technical training to the employees for different machines.
-Co-ordinate with IT department for BOM upgradation or any changes in PP module for ERP LN-Infor, Handling complete production activities in ERP System.
-Prepare and maintain documents up to date for external audit.

-Improve manufacturing methods utilizing knowledge of product, design, materials and parts, processes, production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards,
-Provide new product development engineering support including product design, validation protocols,
-Create & maintain Process Flow, Standard Operating Procedures,
-Support and develop maintenance projects / activities with good engineering direction,
-Facilitate process/continued improvement.

-Resolve day-to-day production issues that may impede ability to have quality products on time.
