• Managed my team to secure funding for our investment opportunities by leading negotiations and deal structuring efforts.
• Developed and maintained strong relationships with key stakeholders, HNW individuals, family offices, financial institutions, government funds, and industry professionals, resulting in a robust deal flow and oversubscribed investment opportunities.
• Facilitated onboarding of potential investors by conducting presentations, evaluating investment prospects, and performing KYC assessments.
• Led the development and implementation of investment strategies, governance frameworks, and outsourcing management for business operations.
• Established and developed a Saudi private equity fund by securing necessary CMA licenses, forming strategic government partnerships, and building a high-performing investor relations and operations team.

A leading Saudi financial institution, Riyad Bank offers a comprehensive suite of banking services, encompassing corporate, retail, investment, and digital banking. The bank actively supports economic growth in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030, with a strong emphasis on innovation and customer-focused solutions. Here, my responsibilities included:
• Oversaw a 6 billion SAR sophisticated portfolio of large corporate clients from different sectors and industries by performing portfolio maintenance and driving growth.
• Conducted the sale and cross-selling of the bank’s products and services to clients to meet and exceed sales goals and objectives.
• Performed the monitoring and evaluation of clients’ financial and credit quality to cultivate long-standing relationships while meeting sales targets.
• Clearly and effectively communicated with clients to provide consulting, advice, and recommendations on financing new projects and administering the company’s cash flow.
• Provided leadership, coaching, and mentoring to an Assistant Relationship Manager, including assigning tasks and monitoring and evaluating their performance.

Here, my responsibilities were:
• Carried out the effective administration of a 4 billion SAR diversified portfolio of large corporate clients while guaranteeing portfolio maintenance and growth.
• Formulated and fostered strong and sustaining relationships with existing and prospective clients to guarantee the additional flow and acquisition of new businesses.
• Administered in-depth and annual analysis into client’s financial statements, market forecasting, and economic risk for each client, presenting findings to the main credit committee.

Here, I performed the following duties:
• Served in an integral role by performing a 360 analysis into corporate credit applications by gathering data and key ratios and benchmarking it with competitors in the same industry.
• Conducted the evaluation and assessment of risk in the company’s financials and forecasts to dispense recommendations on terms, conditions, and collaterals to protect the bank from potential credit risks.

In this role, my responsibilities included:
• Undertook this comprehensive graduate program consisting of training courses by the Saudi Industrial Development Fund on banking, financial, and management aspects.
• Completed an on-the-job training rotation across several divisions to personally develop into a fully-fledged banker.
