Joined the organization as Project Coordinator and crafted an exponential growth curve meriting multiple promotions to roles of increasing authorities and responsibilities up till the position of Budget Planning Specialist Manager through exceptional performance

Accomplishments:
• Represented financial lead for MRN department earned reputation along with “certificate of recognition” (2009) for driving operational excellence for a variety of business operations.
• Successfully planned and implemented operational as well as capital expenditure (OPEX & CAPEX) budgets consecutively from 2008 up till 2017.

• Constructed a comprehensive tracking tool for STC’s implementation and design department to control and regulate the implementation life cycle of a GSM site.
• Represented financial lead to vendors/ contractors for ordering, purchasing and supervising the release of towers, obstruction light and lightening protectors.
• Key person for ensuring financial and documentation for major STC projects which include E4, E5 and E6.

Overall Responsibilities:
• Presented operational and financial direction to various project operations; established realistic budgets and time-frames and certified compliance by developing strategies, models and work procedures.
• Tracked and reviewed project performance in the light of cost/ budget and schedule requirements while minimized losses and regulated project progress by initiating corrective actions in a timely manner.
• Developed and maintained a comprehensive cost control system; performed periodic cost reviews/ audits in addition to estimation/ forecasting to consistently maintain project profitability.
• Computed forecast vs. actual analysis, flagged potential risks and recommended mitigation plans to project manager/ engineer on regular basis to ensure all project milestones are effectively met.
• Evaluated vendors/ contractors/ suppliers invoice claims - validated contractual conformance, participated in preparing final acceptance certificate (FAC) and facilitated timely payments to maintain project integrity.
• Enforced contractual compliance and undertook remedial actions/ penalty claims in case of disagreement, delay and/ or disputes while also performed change orders negotiations in the best financial interest of the organization.
