To assist the HSEQ manager to maintain the quality management systems in accordance with the requirements of company procedures and work instructions. • Plan, organize, direct and control activities to achieve maximum efficiency within the department. • Ensure the contractual inspection requirements are met and that activities noted on quality plan are adhered to. • Ensures operations conducted in a safe and efficient manner. • Maintain efficient utilisation of resources. • Provide input on the status of Quality and HSE management systems implementation level • Provide input to Quality objective status
Solid Works and Auto CAD support. Updating and modifying models and drawings as required. • Time line management for task implementations, plant layout activities, and communications with employees. • Daily and weekly reports, quality assurance and data entering with process documentation.
Customer Service, Product Knowledge, and Quality Focus. • Problem Solving, Market Knowledge, Documentation Skills, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict issues, Analyzing Information and Multi-‐tasking.
Communicate with other companies and evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards • Strategic consulting, including business plan and sales strategy development. • Data entering and investigate customer complaints • Daily reporting quality data for products.
Mechanical Systems
• Mechanical Engineering, developing and preparing machines. • Innovative and creative Mechanical Engineer who improves development plan execution by consistently creating new formulations and new measurement techniques. • Machine Operator with positive attitude and a commitment to safety, quality, customer service, CNC machine and lean manufacturing. • Mechanical Engineering with an outstanding quality record of engineering products from design to fabrication. • Designing Programs (software) : Auto Cad, Pro Engineer, and SolidWorks.
