Oversee the lab, inspection, pouring, after casting and concrete repair processes through reviewing pouring schedule information, plan, and readiness of the site before any pouring activities as instructed by Shift Coordinator. Ensure all pouring procedure are within the acceptable standards. Maintain compliance of all on-site concrete tests, pouring activities with American Concrete Institute (ACI) Standards.
Monitor the concrete curing after casting inspection and repair and ensure that they are completed as the specifications after casting. Identify concrete mixture condition by collecting samples, conducting inspections and physical tests.

- Supervision of construction projects in the Royal Commission at Yanbu, including schools, mosques, and work in particular in the Public Housing of the Royal Commission Staff (HOP - Phase 4).

- Apply Quality Control (QC) to match the structural design during implementation

- Submit periodic technical site reports of the progress and concern issues in projects sites.

- Held frequently meetings with contractors

- Follow up Contractor's commitment to fulfill the contract specifications

- review and proceed change orders submitted by contractor during the project, if necessary

- Coordinate site activities among different parties or departments in both side of contractor and End users.

- Monitoring and inspecting the work of contractors and other parties.

- Drafting required Engineering Work Request and Other necessary Forms.

- Assuring site's survey report identical with actual site coordination and boundaries.

- Monitoring environmental protection measures & reporting of any hazards/incidents.

• checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations

• Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines

• overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site

• preparing reports as required

• resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise

• day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors

• liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress

• ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications
