Implementing ERPNext, an open-source ERP system, involves installing, configuring, maintaining, operation and supporting the platform to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
Deploy, configure, and customize ERPNext modules (Accounting, HR, Inventory, Sales, etc.) to meet company requirements.
Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions, ensuring secure access and data integrity.
Monitor system performance, perform backups, updates, and security patches.
Provide technical support and training to end-users on ERPNext functionalities.
Integrate ERPNext with other systems or tools and troubleshoot workflow or data issues.
We also use in-house system of in-house operations. My job with it is to oversee operations and help support other department with their needs on the system. Also managing the back-end of our company website and design.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues across IT systems.
Implement and manage security protocols, backups, and disaster recovery solutions.
Support IT projects, system upgrades, and technology integration across departments.
Collaborate with teams and vendors to ensure reliable and optimized IT operations.
