• To enter daily banks transactions into the computer system (SAP).
• I worked at site under the project "Sheikh Jabir Bridge" as a Project Accountant.
• Handling all kinds of expenses relating to project like LC's and LG's etc.,
•Reconcile sub-contractor's certificates including rental equipment expenses.
• Communications with banks regarding loans, fund transfers, credit facilities and LG's and LC's.
• Compare bank facilities of the projects with Cash Flow.
• Responsible to close letter of credit.
• Prepare banks reconciliation on monthly basis.
• Prepare reports of different kind of expenses including accommodation, projects expenses etc.,
• Prepare trial balance and check the differences if any and make rectification.
