- Leading the team to provide the best job and performance to meet the project specifications
- Responsible of the MEP design, plans and proposals
Managing the packages of elevators, kitchens, SPA & generators in the project
- Supervising the MEP site team to achieve the works as planned and in the desired quality
- Monitoring the site progress and reporting to the MEP manager
- Leading the technical meetings with subcontractors
- Issuance of all submittals related to MEP prior for submission to consultant
Project:
The Sail Tower Jeddah - Shangri-La Hotel (joint Venture with Besix Saudi Arabia)
Duties:
- Site visit, load calculation, generator size selection and Planning for the installation of gensets as
per client/project requirement
- Lead the installation team to achieve the required job with best quality and within the plan
- Supervising the installation and handing over to the client including testing and commissioning
of the projects achieved with full compliance of requirements and specifications

- Airport Power House project (phase 2): 6 MVA
- Middle East Airlines Training Centre Project: 4 MVA
- Raouche Tower Project: 3x800 KVA
- Acacia 5223 Project: 350 KVA
- DAMAC Tower Project: 2x1250 KVA 1x1500 KVA
- 3 Beirut Project - Downtown: 3x1500 KVA 2x750 KVA
- Gemmayze Village Project: 5x1500 KVA
- OGERO Projects: 19 different gensets in different locations
- Assisting in launching events of new products and technologies (mobiles, Smart TV, laptops
& cameras) - at Abed Tahan-mkalles.
- Samsung galaxy S3 launching event (planning and assisting) - Mzaar Faraya.
