Planning and organizing production schedules on 5 major machines CNC 5 axis Rover A, Beam saw wood cutting machine, Edge Banding machine (Akron and spark), Boring machine (Brema Eko) and PVC press membrane machine.
Assessing project and resource requirements such as the wood panels and joining systems
Reviewing furniture designs from the design team and report all possible difficulties in the execution
Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers
Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
Determining quality control standards of the finished Product
Overseeing production processes
Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials based on the project’s requirement
Organizing transportation for the material handling internally and arranging transportation of finished product to the customers location.
Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production Machines.
Supervising the work of junior staff in total of 25 workers including machine operators, production helpers and the carpenters.
Organizing relevant training sessions of the production staff

. Resolving customer problems related to electronic devices, TVs and Home appliances all over
USA.
· Making detailed notes of customer’s problems
· Report serious complains to the Manager
· Analyze records, transactions rectify and adjust the errors.
· Respond Politely and courteously to the bucket of customers inquires and make sure that all
the problems have been resolved
· Filing claims based on the item’s condition and providing the customer with the best
resolution to resolve the problems
Water and Energy conservation, Targets were achieved for water through RO plant proposal, and for
Energy by proposing insulation of heated cylinders (with complete detailed report and costing for
both).
· Resolving customer complaints related to the ooredoo services
· Promoting Ooredoo products and services
· Making detailed notes of customer’s problems
· Report serious complains to the Team leader
