- Online and personal customer account management
- Peak and Off Peak Sales effectivity comparison
- Online Portal supervision and delivery
Duties include:
- Overseeing management of operation executives
- Training of travel consultants in travel agency operational services
- Ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided to clientele
- Identification & implementation of service level and performance strategies
- Organization of staff and services local scheduler and roster, including tour events and experiences
- Overall counter and company operations, including operation efficiency and effectiveness, client service delivery, business development and revenue management
- Sales and marketing consultation including, contract and clientele sale negotiations with private and public contractors, associates and walk in clientele
- Airport Counter Management- face to face clientele sales and marketing, UAE tours and events, 24 hour emergency contact person, pricing negotiator
- Direct liaison with all customer contractors including hotels for accommodation, car reservation managers for luxury car chauffeuring, private taxis and general hire cars, leisure and recreational facilities including spa, resort and relaxation and UAE experiences
- Sales and marketing coordination between various airport counters and companies
Duties Include:
- Implementation and organization of sailing operations
- Organization of all yacht and leisure rosters including fishing, sailing and water activities
- Contact representative for all water leisure activities and facilities
- Coordination of all boat cruises and equipment
- Liaison with contractors and sales agents regarding clientele options
- Implementation and continuing adherence to safety procedures and policies by all staff and clients
- Follow up of accurate and efficient order processing and delivery management
- Team coaching and leadership supervision
- Maintenance, adherence and implementation of company policy and procedures
- Documentation and Approvals for all clientele and staff regarding sailing acceptance including safety checks, order forms and tour location
Duties Include:
- Alpha Tours Representative
- Welcoming and assisting of clients upon arrival, during transit and departure
- Liaison with hotels, contractors and operators regarding client services including transportation, accommodation and recreation
- Providing exceptional customer service to all clientele, contractors and operators
- Ensuring the efficient, effective and accurate delivery of all Alpha Tour services
Duties Include:
- Social Marketing & Advertisement of the company
- Delivering exceptional customer service including the training of staff for professional approachability and friendly efficient customer service
- Constant updates of hotel services including operations, facilities and events
- Customer enquiries and resolutions within the hotel and company facilities
- Greeting and Welcoming of all guests
- Organization of customer reservations, beverage booking and restaurant customer management
- Outgoing and Inbound hospitality communication
