Duties/Responsibilities for all the above Projects:
• Overall execution and administration of the project as per the contract requirements, specifications, and
Project QA / QC Plan including resource planning, work execution plan, site mobilization, follow-up on timely
submittal and approval of Shop drawings, Inspection requests, RFIs, Correspondence, As-Built Drawings,
variations, etc.
• Coordination for approval of materials required for the project prior to procurement.
• Ensure timely Procurement and control of materials used in Projects that the same is as per procedural
requirements of the QA / QC plan and as per the approval requirements.
• Overall coordination and liaison with the consultant, Main Contractors, and Sub-Contractors.
• Responsible for ensuring that the work is performed in accordance with specifications and within the time and
cost constraints
• Ensure that the Quality Management System is effectively implemented in the execution of the project
• Conducting periodical meetings with the project team for review of site work progress, productivity, cost
control, quality, safety, and planning
• Submission of Progress reports to the Main Contractor as per contractual requirements,
• Coordination with Quantity Surveyor for monthly invoicing and follow-up for assessment of Payment
Application by Cost Consultant,
• Perform initial post-award and periodical contract reviews as and when required throughout the execution of
the project.
• Monitoring of all project documentation including drawings, work, and material inspection requests, and daily
reports, daily site timesheets, machinery timesheets, allocation of diesel, delivery notes, material movements,
etc.
• Monitoring daily job allocation and planning schedule together with the project team, preparation of work
the program, and resource planning for effective coordination and execution of site activities within time and cost.
• Analysis of deviations or changes of contract scope, reviewing with Quantity Surveyor and General Manager to
incorporate it and if necessary to re-schedule the work plan.
• Initiating actions to close out the customer complaints (non-Conformities) raised by the consultant / Engineer and
internal NCR’s discrepancy note, field observation.
• Responsible for the processing of projects and handing over documentation
• Managing all site Maintenance activity and following up with the team in the project.
• Responsible for following up on instructions and commitments associated with the project.
• Preparing and executing maintenance schedule and plan for soft-scape and irrigation system.
• Follow up with all reports to the client through the document controller and engineers.
• Instruct the project team and follow up plan (summer /winter plans for pesticides and fertilizers.)
• Works with other managers, engineers, and discipline leads to develop schedules and plans for the various
elements of a project.
• Works with the management to devise and execute action plans to rectify potential cost overruns or delays,
or to accommodate significant changes to the scope of work.
• Responsible for maintaining current and timely change orders.
• Overseeing the maintenance of lawns and gardens, and ensuring proper use of pesticides, fertilizers, and
other chemicals.
• Monitors and reports to management on the progress of all project activity within the program, including
significant milestones, and any conditions, which would affect project cost or schedule.
• Establishes weekly meetings to review project status and formulate action items.
• Ensure onsite security for fertilizer/pesticides/tools and equipment.
• Ensure proper documentation for all work carried out on site.

2. Landscaping and Irrigation works Construction and Maintenance for Al Khor Complex (QAR 3.5 Million )
Duties/Responsibilities for all the above Projects:
• Execution of landscape (soft and hard) and irrigation activities between the company team and subcontractors.
• Building the support staff team by choosing from the talents in the market and managing the staff to
achieve the project goals.
• Dealing with contractual issues to identify the proper scope of work and preparation of variation orders.
• Prepare Project planning, manpower allocation, and forecasting.
• Responsible for reviewing all shop drawings, design proposals, method statements, and any requests for
information relating to the landscaping, irrigation, and associated works.
• Attending the client and consultant coordination meetings for assessment of project progress and taking
necessary follow-up measures.
• Direct the site supervision related to Landscaping, Irrigation, and associated works
• Material procurement and logistics of construction materials, irrigation accessories, and plants.
• Provide all necessary on-site direction and issue site instructions for landscape, irrigation, and other related
activities

Duties/Responsibilities for all the above Projects:
• Supervised day-to-day Landscaping & Irrigation maintenance work.
• Ensure daily landscaping maintenance operation and activities, Supervise the team and plan daily work activities, and monitor the work.
• Respond to any emergencies in connection with landscaping and maintenance e.g. water leakage, breakage of irrigation pipes, etc.
• Preparing a monthly report for the municipality to inform about the progress of the work.
• Planning And Undertaking Scheduled Maintenance.
• Provide Monthly Reports of Maintenance Sites.
• Performs a variety of site maintenance activities, and coordinate, and inspect works and projects always performed by the team.
• Responsible, monitors and supervise all maintenance activities such as Trimming, Cleaning, and other maintenance work at the project.
• Assign and delegate with supervision the works/tasks to Foremen and Labour daily.
• Supervise and inspect the work assigned to ensure it is being done with utmost quality and productivity.
• Organize materials or anything required for the smooth functioning of maintenance activities on the site and ensure the required materials come on time.
• Observe environmental problems, consult with contractors, and/or monitor landscape maintenance activities.
• Management & supervision of day-to-day Landscaping & Irrigation maintenance work.
• Prepare daily reports for the project manager to inform about progress of the work.
• Organize and plan activities on site to complete the project in given time.
• Cooperate and communicate with the project Manager to provide assistance and technical support.
• Supervise the manpower and ensure that all maintenance work processes are according to specification and schedule on-site
• Supervise for maintenance activities such as Trimming, Cleaning and other maintenance works.
• Assign and delegate with supervision the works/tasks to Foremen and Labour daily.
• Ensure that all the maintenance activities are carried out with extreme safety of workers and the site
