 Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring a seamless workflow and adherence to company
standards.
 Handle inbound and outbound orders, overseeing the entire order fulfillment process.
 Coordinate with riders to ensure timely dispatch and accurate delivery of customer orders.
 Oversee goods receiving, stock replenishment, and inventory updates to maintain accuracy.
 Print order receipts and process necessary documentation for efficient order tracking.
 Train pickers to accurately and efficiently pick orders, optimizing fulfillment speed and
accuracy.
 Prepare and process purchase orders to maintain adequate inventory levels.
 Discard near-expiry items and return near-expiry or damaged goods to vendors, ensuring
quality control.
 Conduct regular expiry checks, assist in product cycle counts, and maintain stock inventory
integrity.
 Review orders against product availability, and communicate with customers to suggest
alternative products when required.
 Set operational priorities to reflect task importance and ensure efficient workflow
management.
 Monitor and adhere to quality and service benchmarks to achieve operational excellence.
 Coordinate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth
operational processes.
