I work at VisioTT, a machine manufacturing and software
development company specializing in traceability solutions.
As a member of the software support team, I handle
customer inquiries and troubleshoot software issues
through phone calls and emails using the Zoho Desk ticket
system. Our team operates in shifts to provide 24/7
support, serving a diverse range of domestic and
international clients.
· Control of the entire process from the arrival of the
products to the warehouse until they are opened for sale
· Product data entry to website and its integration with
Trendyol
· Editing the menu, banners, sliders, footer and category
tree on the website
· Creating and implementing campaign setups
· Inputting purchase orders into LOGO accounting software
· Supporting the software team to detect and fix software
errors on the site and improve the user experience
· Testing the features to be added to the site before going
live
· Providing IT support for problems occurring with
computers, printers, handheld terminals and servers
· Managing passwords and authorizations for staff
members.
