PTCL is the largest ISP (internet service provider) of Pakistan during training period of one year in PTCL I was assigned task to perform duties of AM MM&BB (multimedia&broadband)
Responsibilities:
•To supervise distribution & installation of daily Broadband and IPTV Orders & Oversee business deals related to DSLs, VPNs and IP Solutions.
•Providing support to field teams for timely service provisioning.
•Support to field team for efficient fault clearance.
•Proposing network development/expansion plans w.r.t. business demands.
•Coordinating with IP Ops & concerned Transmission teams to ensure BB QoS
•Administer BB/IPTV fault rates & ensure its timely rectification
•Coordinate with PSTN Staff for improvement of SNR & Attenuation of faulty lines.
•Monitor & evaluate reporting employees
