o Project management and Project development activities including estimation, Scope preparation, tender preparations, and evaluation and contract award.
o Assisted the CEO in implementing the strategy of the organization set up by the board.
o Planned, supervision and execution of Preventive, predictive, routine maintenance of Rotary/ Stationary equipment, along with Issuance of equipment failure reports.
o Conditional monitoring of rotary equipment to assess health and integrity of equipment, plan maintenance of equipment’s accordingly.
o Managing and controlling all the Plant erection matters at Site, Implementing the project construction strategies, monitoring for best possible available resource management
o Coordinated timetables with CEO, Project Director, and Managing Director to ensure minimal disruptions to productivity and best utilization of labor.
o Engineering/design/erection of Phthalic Anhydride Reactor, distillation column, associated equipment, piping, pre-commissioning, commissioning.
o Equipment Refurbishment(Rotary and Static)
o Witness of Surface Preparation and Painting/Coating activities for pipe, Pressure vessel, Tanks, and many Mechanical equipment as per applicable code and standards. Witness of WFT & DFT, Holiday test, Adhesion test for Painting/Coating inspection as per applicable code and standards
o Erection and Commissioning of 2*380.2MW Gas Turbines Model 9HA and Generator, Steam Turbine and Generator of 1230MW (RLNG Based) Combined Cycle Power Plant.
o Erection and Commissioning Fuel Oil System Including HSD Oil Unloading & Pump Station, HSD Tanks and Dirty Oil System. Data validation and reporting for top management.
o Maintenance Activity of 9HA Gas Turbine and Generator unit 2 at Haveli Bahadur Shah CCPP.
o Involved in erection & commissioning of Lube oil & Gas module, Load Gear & other accessories of GTG like washing skids, Fuel gas skid, Gas Dryer etc.
o Design & production of customized and standard parts used in foundation engineering machines, like drilling rigs, excavators, diaphragm wall cutters.
o Lead a team of design engineers to develop drawings of standard/customizes products according to customer’s requirement.
o Implementation of international standards for material, tolerances & heat treatment requirement on drawings.
o Liaison with general manager, sales team and international clients to discuss & implement the requirements of in process expected order.
o Work inspection of in process & final product to meet high quality standards prior to shipment.
o Prepared daily reports of work progress and man power utilization.
o Leading a team of associate engineers, fabricators, welders and technicians of Special Manufacturing Department (SMD) for the design and development of customized plants and machines to be used at project sites.
o Supervision during the fabrication and welding process
o Inspection of welding using NDT level 1 (DPT) to remove the defects in weld and repairing of defected welds. Giving support to construction department for customized fabrication as required. Detailed inspection and maintenance of diaphragm wall trench cutters, filter press plant and de-sanding units before moving to project sites. Certification of welders and welding procedure according to the requirement. (1G to 5 G).Conduct procedure Qualification report (PQR) test as per welding procedure specification (WPS).
o Reviewing all the necessary drawings, revisions before execution of work.
o Monitoring all the fabrication works in workshop before delivering at site.
o Conducting meetings with site supervisors giving them all necessary advice and instructions for safe work and keeping myself available for them at all the time.
o Getting all the clearances from client and QP well head control department before executing the job and keeping extra precautions during shut down works.
o Provide support and advice to the construction personnel in relation to the project and company’s Integrated Management System (IMS).
o Comply with all project HSE requirement and promote the use of HSE practices.
