I am presently working as Financial Analyst in Planning, Budgeting & Controlling Department of the
Company and reporting to Financial Controller. My key responsibilities include:
• Preparing balance sheet, income statement and changes in financial position/budget variance
analysis and reporting the same to Regional team on a monthly / quarterly basis.
• Compiling secondary sales data received from distributors, comparing the secondary sales with the
budget and annual targets and reporting of secondary sales to the Regional team on a monthly basis.
• Assisting with annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting.
• Compiling and analysing financial information for business units to determine the product-wise
amount of spending on Advertising & Promotion expense.
• Approving Electronic Purchase Requests (EPRs) for all OPEX and CAPEX and considering annual
budget targets.
• Tracking of CAPEX on industrial plant and preparation of FAR for the same.

I was associated with A.F.Ferguson & Co., Chartered Accountants \[a member firm of
PricewaterhouseCoopers network\] (PwC) as Supervisory Senior in the Assurance department of the firm. As
part of such a prominent and leading organisation, I lead teams through the planning, execution and
conclusion stages of audits, (including foreign reporting), validation of financial reporting packages and other
special nature engagements including work on controls within the financial reporting function. Given below

Technical Role
• Effective planning, supervision and review of the audit and non-audit engagements to meet challenging deadlines;
• Assisting clients in preparation of financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), local corporate laws and directives issued by regulatory authorities;
• Conducting audit as per the requirements of International Standard on Auditing (ISA);
• Carrying out internal audit assignments and providing fact findings reports for value additions;
• Leading large teams through planning, execution and completion stages of audit;
• Liaison with client's management and communication of relevant matters to persons at appropriate level of responsibility;
• Consultation with in house Tax, Audit and IT specialists; and
• Involved in decision-making for resolution of critical matters / significant issues.

Management Role (People Management)
• Supervision, training and motivation of teams members; and
• Acting as training personnel for implementation of audit methodologies on audit engagements.
