Senior Manager HR Digitization- Digital HR Solutions is responsible for leading the development and implementation of digital HR strategies and solutions, and managing the HR Business Intelligence, HR Digitalization and HR System Support teams. This includes designing and implementing digital HR frameworks and roadmaps, as well as managing the implementation of digital HR systems such as Oracle HCM Cloud and ERP, and ensuring that all HR processes are aligned with the organizations overall goals and objectives.
Additionally, this role involves leading special projects related to digital HR transformation, employee satisfaction survey, Batch Hiring, Manpower Planning, Succession planning and other HR initiatives.
Responsibilities
• Managed all aspects of implementing the Oracle HRMS suite within the Oracle Applications (E-Business Suite)
• Worked on all phase of the project life-cycle.
• Troubleshoot, test and implement processes relevant to HR functions.
• Menu Creation, Responsibility Creation.
• Production Server Setup.
• Support activities i.e. Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, Learning Management.
• Core HR Responsibilities & User Creation, KFF & DFF, SIT & EIT, Value Sets, Validation Set, Business Groups Setups, Profiles, Jobs, Grades, Positions & Hierarchy, Locations, Custom Functions, Absence Management etc.
• Implement OLM (Oracle Learning Management)
• Oracle Approval Management Engine (AME )
• Oracle Alerts.

New reports development, existing reports.
Core HR Responsibilities & User Creation, KFF & DFF, SIT & EIT, Value Sets, Validation Set, Business Groups Setups, Profiles, Jobs, Grades, Positions & Hierarchy, Locations etc.
Report Writing.
1. Support of ERP System including Installation & Troubleshooting.
