•Top-end and Major Overhauling job of Perkins and Caterpillar Engines
•Diagnose and repair any mechanical issues found during initial testing.

•Participate in Overhauling of Perkins, John deere, Caterpillar Engines according to workshop catalogue with Seniors technicians.
•Performed Preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance within Time.

•Start and shut down the generator in 6.8 MW power plant \{Cat 3512 (1020KW x1), CAT3516B (1600KW x1), JGS 320 (1064KW x3) and Cummins KTA50 (100KW X1)
•Write daily logsheets and compile operational records, test results and guage reading such as temperatures and pressures
•Carried out preventive maintenance like lube oil, coolant and its filter replace and adjusting tappets.
•Clean Generators, control panels, heat exchagers, cooling towers and its pipes.
