Process Engineer Al-Jouf Cement KSA.
I am working as a Process Engineer in Storage Area, Raw Mill, Kiln and Cement 5000 tpd directly reporting to Senior Manager Production since August 2012 till date.
Area Manger Production, MLCF.
I have seven and half year working experience as Area Manager in Storage Area, Raw Mill, Kiln & Cement Mills (O.K & Ball Mill) 4000 tpd and 6700 tpd of Maple Leaf Cement Plants, also directly reportable to Senior Manager Production.
My main responsibilities include
• To run Plant on Optimum conditions at rated Capacity to meet Production Targets.
• Profitability and cost reductions are prime objectives of my duty.
• Raw materials handling and stocks.
• Managing the duties of Shift Supervisors and CCR staff.
• Responsible for in-house Calibrations in Production department.
• Minimize cost of Production with safe, stable and economical Plant Operation by Minimizing stoppages of major equipments.
• To suggest necessary rectifications and improvements.
• Maintaining Records of Plant Operating Parameters.
• Planning and executing the Shutdown activities during Emergency and Planned Shutdowns of the Plant.
• To ensure cost effective utilization of all resources especially energy resources
• To keep liaison with other department for their timely support.
• Able to cope under pressure and use my initiative.
• Willing to train and gain more qualifications as necessary.
• Preparation of Organograms, Job descriptions, Work instructions, Data back up, Record retention and disposition etc.
Majors
• To do all working for ERP implementation from Production Department.
• Raise all Purchase Requisitions as well as Move Order on ERP System through internal Networking for Production Department.
• All working & implementation of FLS ECS- CIMulater
• Training from Human Resource Department for maintaining attitude, Communication Skills & Team Work.
I am working as a technical manager in RHI, AG one of the top most refrectory company in the world . we provide refractory to cement plant and provide technical guidance during installation and supervision of proper handling to save energy and achieve run factor
i hav completed 16 years education in chemical engineering from university of engineering and technology Lahore in A grade i hav completed my MBA (HR) degree from islamabad
