BAG is one of the fastest growing aviation companies in Kuwait. It is the GSA of seven world class international airlines including Air France/KLM, American Airlines, Air China, Austrian Air, etc. They also own and operate their own airline carrier i.e. Jazeera Airways.
Duties & Responsibilities
•Re-engineering operations and procedures and formulating company wide marketing policy.
•Manage all advertising and media coverage during campaigns.
•Brand managing Jazeera Airways Franchisee offices and all GSA airlines, to validate that each airline is following their corporate branding procedures.
•Preparing and giving presentations to multi-national hotels, resorts and tourism boards to materialize new business partnerships.
•Integrating SEO, SEM, social media and e-marketing strategies into marketing activities.
•Develop and execute tactical marketing plans for hotel chains and tourism boards.
•Negotiate with external media and advertising agencies, suppliers and distributors.
•Maintain high visibility & awareness of our services and products, including our website.
•Organizing corporate events, travel exhibitions, staff recreations and taking part in various events for exposure of the brands or company.
•Preparing SWOT Analysis and KPI for yearly business plan.
•Creating and maintaining customer data base for current and potential clientele.
•Graphic designing and copy writing various artworks for campaigns.
Prepare and coordinate procurements.
Manage the local purchase inquiries.
Process the purchase orders by liaising with suppliers.
Analyze various vendor bids and prepares Purchase instructions.
Prepare purchase orders as per company policies and guidelines.
Operates computers and processes data.
Responsible for timely, effective and accurate data processing.
Review stock purchase by monitoring market conditions, current stock levels, and lead time required for manufacturing, potential price increase, anticipation of new orders from departments, suppliers conditions.
Ensure all purchases are approved within mandated guidelines.
Avoid overstocking by working with Purchase manager and store in charge on slow moving inventory.
Assist in the sourcing locally new goods not supplied by regular suppliers.
Process supplier invoices for payment and coordinate with Finance
Compiles with safeguard procedure.
Participate in stock take activities in stores and warehouses.
Assisted in implementing the plans & strategies as set by the senior management.
Developed and sustained relationship with potential and existing clients by coordinating professional meetings, attending promotional events and providing effective administrative support.
Supervised and coordinated activities planned by sales and marketing executive and took over responsibilities in absence of an executive.
Actively supported company sales team - coordinating sales & marketing details, pre sales & marketing and after sales & marketing.
Coordinated the design and placement of advertisement campaigns.
Processed sales leads and assured leads are directed to the appropriate staff member.
Maintaining the department electronic & physical filling systems to ensure that all sales & marketing collateral and events information is current and easily available internally and to the company’s network.
Prepared clear sales analysis, as well as sales reports, sales agreements, in time proposals and presentations.
Met with customers and clients on and off company premises for discussions.
Preparing and submitting timely, accurate and various pro-forma invoices to customers processing inquires through personal visits a, emails, phone and fax.
Registration, controlling, receiving and distribution of job orders and all official documents.
Maintaining vehicle & staff, along with the Operation Manager.
Detailing department head’s and in charge’s about the respective scope of work to be carried out by them.
Constantly coordinating with the sales executives, designers, accounts, department heads and clients to complete jobs.
Preparing and handling all forms and approvals and assisting the HR, purchase and accounts department.
Scheduling Installations and delivers.
Collecting job completion reports and preparing an invoice list of completed jobs to be submitted to accounts department.
Scheduling and arranging training or programs.
Monitoring all activities in the workshop and informing and non conformity to the management.
Pursuing studies in Masters's Degree in Commerce (B.Com).
