My Roles and Responsibilities are
1. Check and Learn the Designing Phases of a Project and how to Design any Job with Required Specification.
2. Do Production Planning and Control Inventory as well as plan the routes of specific part
3. Detailed study of Fabrication, Foundry, Forging and Machining operation to plan how the designed product is to be manufactured.
4. Detailed Study, Planning and Monitoring of the QA/QC Test and Requirement of Every Part.
5. Suggest that which types of NDT is required for Particular Job e.g., Radiography, DPT, MPT, UT etc.
6. Prepare Reports of Every Plan and Present it to the Office In-charge of Every Section
7. Provide Assembly drawing and all Parts and Sub-assemblies to the Assembly Section of the Plant.
8. Finally Suggest that hydrodynamic Test, Sand Blasting or Painting is required for job.
9. Provide complete job to the Dispatch cell with Reports, Manuals and other Docs
I have done internship in NPGCL GENCO-III From 28 July 2015 to 28 August 2015.In GENCO-III TPS I worked in three sections Turbine, Boiler and Cooling tower section. Mostly i have done participation in the maintenance activities of Power plant.
I have done internship in Mitchell’s Fruit Farm Ltd. From 9 June 2015 to 25 July 2015.In Mitchell’s Fruit Farm Ltd. I worked in the Technical Services Association Department and served as a volunteer in the following Section.
Maintenance of Grocery section of Industry
Introduce the Concept of Preventive Maintenance in Confectionery Section
Served as Volunteer in the Overhauling of the Chocolate Molded Plant
Perform RCM on the Bossar Machine as well as on the Squash, Sauces and Jam filling & Capping Machines
Do Failure Mode Effect Analysis of Bossar Machine.
I am doing B.Sc mechanical engineering an Finally graduate in 2016. In UET Lahore i works as Willing students with excellent communication and managerial skills to mange all the tasks assigned by my teachers. I am also the topper of mechanical department with excellent grades.
