Responsible for three departments which are content, training and statistics.
- Gathering and analyzing the stakeholders' requirements and needs.
- Develop a plan to connect those three departments to work as a lifecycle to achieve SMART objectives that align with business's needs.
- Assess the current situation and finds obstacles that hinder achieving goals.
- Recommending solutions that can help transforming the organization from the current to the desired future state.
- Monitoring the work and evaluating results to help the head management to make a decision.
- Consultant in knowledge management and training activities.
- Conduct and supervision on Business development activities.
- Develop training plans, scope and objectives that align with organization's goals.
- Define stakeholders and gathering training requirements and needs.
- Analyze current situation of the organization by Appling SWOT analysis and find gaps.
- Interact with other departments to ensure coordination of effort to deliver training activities.
- Execute the plan and manage changes carefully.
- Monitoring and controlling the tasks assigned to the project teams.
- Send Reports and recommendation to the management.
I worked as a monitor to fix any problem while accessing any publisher site via SDL portal.
