Work Responsibilities in Maintenance.
 Perform minor and major overhaul of rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, blowers, Gear box & Agitators, Replacement of Mechanical Seals (Flowserve + Eagle Burgmann).
 Trouble shooting and fault findings on Rotating Equipment failure and Inspection of equipment & machinery for smooth operations.
 Carryout visual inspection for leakages (from Mechanical Seals, piping, flanges, bearing housings) cracks, loose bolts, abnormal noise, Oil level & color (in eye sight glass and oiler) Trend Mechanical Seal barrier pressure for internal leakages.
 Carried out Shaft Alignment for Rotating equipment alignment using Pruftechnik Rotalign Ultra IS and Optalign.
 Use of precisions measuring tools to take all the dimensions and clearances of the equipment.
 Perform scheduled Preventive Maintenance and inspections for Rotating & Static Equipment's.
 Identify Spare Parts needed for the repair.
 Utilize SAP for changing &Teco Work orders, Spare parts stock checking, Creating Repair Notifications. Closing Work orders on Completion of Work.
 Coordination with Operation & Other Departments for Job Execution.

Installation / Erection & Pre-Commissioning of Machines & Equipments.
Inspection / Checking, of Rotating and Static Equipments
Participation in different Maintenance, Preventive, Predictive, Schedule, Breakdown and Troubleshooting.
Maintenance of Centrifugal Pumps, Single Stage Pumps / Multistage Pumps, Positive Displacement Pumps, Plunger Pumps, Diaphragm Pumps and Screw Air Compressors, Reciprocating Compressors.
Maintenance / Repairing of Belt Drives, NRV, ESDV, Choke Valve etc..
Maintenance / Repairing of Static Equipments i.e. Vessels, Columns, Heat Exchangers, PH Exchangers, Shell & Tube Exchangers.
Coordination with concerned departments, i.e. Production, HSE department and with Oil & Gas Services Companies for the execution of jobs properly.
Preparation of daily report that submitted to Field Manager.

Maintenance of all kind of rotary equipments i.e. Blowers, Compressors (Reciprocating, Centrifugal, Screw), Axial Flow Pump, Centrifugal Pumps (Single Stage, Multi Stage, Diaphragm Pump, Gear Pump), Agitator Mixer, , Gear Reducer, Extruder, Additive Feeder, Vibration Screen, Melt Pump, Replacement of knife holder,
Maintenance of Stationary Equipments Vessels, Columns, Reactors, and Heat Exchanger, Gas Phase Reactor, Loop Reactor Die plate, .
Preparation of job i.e. blinding & de-blinding job as per P& ID.
Having complete knowledge of studying of equipments drawing.
Having well experience of all kind of alignments with laser, rim and face, straight edge.

Maintenance and repairing of all rotary works like single / multi stage pumps, Screw Compressors, Air handling units, Blowers, and all kinds of valves.
Maintenance / Repairing of Static Equipment’s like Vessels, Columns, Heat Exchangers, PH Exchangers, and Shell & Tube Exchangers, Boilers.
Prepares of job i.e. blinding & DE-Blinding as per P& ID
