• Implementation of OHSAS 18001 in supply chain & operation to achieve highest level of food safety.

• Debt Restructuring with bank, Cash flow management, Statutory financial Audit for the group
• Supply chain, Procurement & all Camp operation ownership for the group in Iraq, Abudhabi, Afganistan
• Handling New business, collaboration with potential JV partners

Contract Mgmt :-
Execution of High $ procurement contract in Iraq( Shell, BP), Oman(PDO, Oman oil), Saudi (LSTK), Kuwait(Exploration) for Integrated O&G upstream project
- Leading RFQ / Cross-functional tender committee
- Tender scope formulation; Commercial - Primary responsibility, Technical - Advisory role
- Driving bidding process/ reverse auction
- Negotiation .. Contract formulation - Ensure legal/Statutory compliance.
- Contract lifecycle management
Providing supplychain support to manage critical projects :-
- Demand and supply planning w.r.t equipment/Manpower/inventory
- Address incremental resource requirement ( e.g logistics, transportation, warehousing) and supply capacity
- Monitor mobilisation plan and address areas of concern to maintain tight deadline
- Demobilisation at end of project life cycle
- Working in close coordination with OTC for troubleshooting
Strategic procurement :-
- Spend analysis /Regional volume leverage
