Responsibilities:

Sales Engineer
1. Before Order services:
• Receiving customer's inquiries related to the supply of (spare parts for Cement plants, Phosphate and mining industries, water treatment, oil and gas, fertilizers and power stations).
• Analyzing inquiries and submitting compatible offers.
• Conducting proper and timely following up on the status of the submitted offers in addition to providing commercial and technical supports to customers.
2. After Order services:
• Handling purchase orders according to the confirmed Inco-terms.
• Following up with the original suppliers; to dispatch shipments on time.
• Preparing shipping documents.
• Handling shipping and logistics issues.
3. Providing after sales services to the clients.
4. Constructing business plans quarterly.
5. Conducting comprehensive cost profit analysis.
6. Planning the technical team’s visits and tours in Jordan, Saudi, and UAE.
7. Conducting all logistic arrangements (flights, accommodation, and local transportation) related to the technical team visits.
8. Preparing technical reports related to the inspection visits commenced by the technical team.
9. Following up on the actions resulted from the technical visits to customers.
10. Marketing tasks:
• Coordinating with the foreign suppliers to come up with an excellent marketing material (Text and Photos) for the brochures and newsletters.
• Following up with the graphic designers to obtain the best design.
• Spreading the latest news and technologies in relation to the suppliers’ products to the clients.
• Distributing the marketing material to the customers in continuous basis.
• Arranging for the suppliers marketing visits to Jordan, Saudi Arabia and UAE.
