- Manage accounts in Russia, East Europe & Turkish markets.

Responsible for organizing the company’s various outdoor events and handling sponsorships to promote all XPress products and services. Helped facilitate and smooth the transfer of the promotion team from the Operations and Customer Care Department to the Marketing Department. This transfer was part of the company’s reorganization effort aimed at activating new contracts while maintaining quality assurance, and updating delivery systems to new subscribers.

Supervise the provisioning and activation of new lines through contracts on CBOSS system. Handle customer complaints especially those that fall under the exceptional complaints category.

Handle orders from the sales teams on the CBOSS system to serve existing customers and provision the activation of new contracts while maintaining best service quality.
