-Preparing and planning NBRs for new or swapped sites using UNET.
-Preparing scripts and developing excel tools for adding or removing NBRs.
-NBR relations and RF parameter audit for new or swapped sites to make sure that there are no
discrepancies or inconsistencies using OMSTAR.
-Checking alarms for new or swapped sites to escalate any found issues to the concerned team.
-Monitoring KPIs after configuration changes for new or swapped sites using PRS and report it to customer.
-Using smart RNO to extract desired data from BCPs.
-Using GSM Nastar to plan BCCH, BSIC, TCH and HSN for sector addition and send the plan to RAN team
for implementation.
-Single site Verification (2G/3G/LTE) reporting after swap or for new sites.
-Cluster optimization reporting. This includes highlighting field issues like missing NBR, bad level or
quality, pilot pollution and handover issues. Also report includes solution for field issues.
-Coordinating with teams and follow up with them to finish required tasks.
-Preparing and sending ISDP plan to customer.
-Single site Verification (2G/3G/LTE), This includes all kinds or tests which will assure that all services
on the site are normal (CS, PS, SMS, HO, CSFB, Reselection and IRAT).
-Complaint handling for VIP users, this includes site troubleshooting to get what exactly the issue is
and support to solve it.
-Cluster optimization audit, this includes physical site audit and also get field issues like overshooting,
pilot pollution, interference check, missing NBRs and cross sector issues.
-Software upgrades verification. This includes service verification.
-Voice quality check from field by doing MOS drives.
