- Support newly hired Store Leaders enhancing their strengths and improve their job skills, working with professionals who want guidance for career development.
- Provide on the job coaching and consultation relevant to handling customers, managing store staff and other relevant interactions with internal and external stakeholders to help the new Store Leaders accelerating their onboarding to the job successfully.
- Participate in the evaluation and performance of the newly hired Store Leaders in coordination with the District Managers to ensure fair and accurate evaluation of the employee performance and proper identification of development needs.
