when i was working as a tour guide i was guiding the guests in local trip in egypt-when i was working as airport handling manager i was resposible in welcoming groups at airport and help them inside airport untill they get out airport-and as quality control manager i was checking the quality of the hotels we are working with and writing reports about every small detailes in hotel quality and buses and tourist sites
