Marico Company is Indian company has branches in UAE, Egypt,
South Africa and USA. Marico Company is specialized in manufacturing Cosmetics. The turnover is USD 455 Millions per year.
The market share in Middle East and North Africa is 60%. The Main
Brands are Parachute, Fiancée and Hair code.

• Set Export & marketing objectives & action plan.
• Open new markets according to the company’s strategy.
• Build share in all represented markets.
• Plan and implement Export strategy and activities.
• Negotiate contracts with foreign sales and distribution centers.
• Plan and manage overseas sales through distributors.
• Achieve export sales targets
• Pricing policy and structure
• Prepare annual sales promotion plan.
• Identify new opportunities for product development
• Ensure that sales plans deliver superior 4P execution.
• Manage territories & classify customers.
• Manage export correspondence, quotations, bid
requests, credit collection, product packing and logistics, bank
documents ( L/G, L/C and so ), shipping documents ( C/O, B/L
and so ) and inspection certificate, if required.
• Communicate with export related authorities, and customers, in all
relevant territories and countries, as necessary.
• Identify & meet customer needs and maintain customer
network relation.
• Regular market visits to follow up customers and competitors
• Develop together with the KAM, trade terms by customer that
leads to maximum volume, profit, customer satisfaction and
product availability, at appropriate cost.
• Planning trade visit and monitoring availability and visibility
of company product

Order Handling
Review Pending orders Periodically.*
* Follow up production of order with production department.
* Prepare for the shipment of the order on appropriate delivery date after :-
1 - Review Client Stock at the stores.
2 - Review payment Guarantee.
* Review Availability of vessels departing to the desired
destination.
* Send Shipping declaration for forwarding company, with
shipment full details.

File Handling
* Send loading orders to stores + Loading instructions.
* Follow up arrival dates of the containers with forwarding company.
* Follow up loading with stores.
* Follow up custom clearance & issue necessary documentation.
* Issue Invoice.
* Issue Advice of Shipment.
* Issue B/L to be send to forwarding agent ( Printed copy ).
* Issue Packing list.
* Apply for Insurance ( If applicable ).
* Print certificate of Origin.
* Follow up departure of vessel and receipt of original B/L.
* Follow up the authentications of the certificate of origin.
* Prepare documents to be sent to our Client Bank, or to other
destination.
* Send Documents Acknowledgement.

Handling Complaints
* Receive complaint from client, edit complaint in the registry of
complaints.
* Issue a complaint form and send it to QA department.
* Follow up complaint with different dep. Through QA Dep.
* Receive Answer from the concerned department.
* Originate a reply for the client and close the complaint file.

Different Issues
* Issue Quotations for clients.
* Issue Proforma invoice for client.
* Follow up clients payments and originating the necessary faxes and
communications for the said purpose.
