Go-to-Market Strategy: Planning and coordinating all activities for a well-defined market segmentation program through both Direct Sales and Channels.
Product Roadmaps & Launches: Developing and driving product launch plans for A4 & A3 equipment.
Product Pricing: Developing proper price strategies matching Egyptian’s market and buyers’ choices.
Voice of the Customer: Integrating customer needs into product and company strategies.
MI / Research: Analyzing the market for insight using quarterly IDC reports to analyze the MS and come out with proper tactics and programs to enhance market position across multiple market segments.
Sales Training: Developing training materials and conduct training sessions for both Direct Sales as well as Channels sales.
Channel Support: Developing collaterals and training programs for channels to ensure they have proper knowledge and tools required to penetrate all market segments knowing the competitive edges of our products.
Demand generation: Develop the strategies and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for our products across different segments.
Knowledge sharing: Attend annual global workshops with PM from all over region to align and share best practices.
Events / Trade shows: Conducting workshops, serving as panelist or speaker and interacting with prospects at booths. E.g.: Cairo ICT 2015 & 2016, XEG Customer event at Movenpick El Gouna Summer 2015, Ibuki Launch Event Sep 2016, etc.
Planning service factors for covered products, to ensure proper targets for service engineers.
Conduct Technical trainings for service engineers all over Egypt and throughout the region.
Assist in technical problems locally and regionally.
Perform factual analysis to avoid cost problems and figure out the problematic areas to be dealt with.
Planning new product launches and assuring proper stock levels of spares to avoid lags.
Monitoring Inventory levels and adjusting them based on continuous real-time analysis.
Conducting Technical Seminars for engineers to raise technical level to achieve higher awareness leading to successful customer experience.
Attending Global Conference Calls/workshops/Trainings to update knowledge with peers all over the world.
Assist sales and marketing people in any technical issues to achieve a good sales achievement.
Repair Xerox products at Customer sites working through a well established system using known targets.
Manage my own territory and responsible for achieving targets as well as customer satisfaction.
Initiating sales leads from customer sites.
Working on different time shifts.
