 Go-to-Market Strategy: Planning and coordinating all activities for a well-defined market segmentation program through both Direct Sales and Channels.
 Product Roadmaps & Launches: Developing and driving product launch plans for A4 & A3 equipment.
 Product Pricing: Developing proper price strategies matching Egyptian’s market and buyers’ choices.
 Voice of the Customer: Integrating customer needs into product and company strategies.
 MI / Research: Analyzing the market for insight using quarterly IDC reports to analyze the MS and come out with proper tactics and programs to enhance market position across multiple market segments.
 Sales Training: Developing training materials and conduct training sessions for both Direct Sales as well as Channels sales.
 Channel Support: Developing collaterals and training programs for channels to ensure they have proper knowledge and tools required to penetrate all market segments knowing the competitive edges of our products.
 Demand generation: Develop the strategies and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for our products across different segments.
 Knowledge sharing: Attend annual global workshops with PM from all over region to align and share best practices.
 Events / Trade shows: Conducting workshops, serving as panelist or speaker and interacting with prospects at booths. E.g.: Cairo ICT 2015 & 2016, XEG Customer event at Movenpick El Gouna Summer 2015, Ibuki Launch Event Sep 2016, etc.
